Marco Reus has opted to move to Major League Soccer with LA Galaxy, with plans to expand his business in the future.

Marco Reus has revealed he could earn 10 times more than his current salary if he moved to Saudi Arabia, but insisted the opportunity to play for LA Galaxy in MLS was too good to turn down, speaking on the TOMorrow Business, Stars & Lifestyle podcast on Tuesday.

Reus’ contract with Borussia Dortmund expired this summer and the 35-year-old forward has now joined LA Galaxy on a deal until December 2026 despite being tempted by a huge salary offer from Saudi Arabia.

‘Saudi Arabia was also an option, but in the end we chose a better life and the opportunity to continue building our business here, making new connections and expanding our horizons again.’

‘I still get a good salary here, but if we talk about Saudi Arabia, it’s 10 times more. But I’ve never been a person who prioritizes money. I always make sure that I feel comfortable with my family,’ Royce said.

Reus played 429 times for Borussia Dortmund and is the club’s second-highest scorer. He also spoke about leaving the club where he played for 12 years, saying: ‘I have time to process everything. I expected it to be much more difficult, but maybe it’s the end. ‘

Roy has now played in five games for the LA Galaxy, Promotion ufabet scoring one goal and providing two assists, but he is currently rehabilitating from a hamstring injury and hopes to be back in time for the playoffs.
